Built-in refrigeration
Sub-Zero not cooling: evaporator leak, Irvine
July 2026. A Sub-Zero built-in that slowly lost cooling. The cause was a refrigerant leak at the evaporator, repaired in place as a sealed-system job. Related: Sub-Zero not cooling and sealed-system repair.
Sub-Zero freezer not cooling: failed compressor
July 2026. An integrated Sub-Zero column whose freezer stopped cooling because the compressor failed. Related: Sub-Zero compressor replacement.
A 46-year-old Sub-Zero rebuilt
May 2024. A full sealed-system overhaul on a Sub-Zero that had been in its kitchen for 46 years. Related: vintage Sub-Zero repair.
GE Monogram refrigerator: refrigerant leak
March 2025. A Monogram built-in at a police department in Orange County that stopped cooling because of a refrigerant leak. Related: Monogram refrigerator repair.
Thermador ice dispenser not working, Irvine
